Carrie grew up playing lacrosse in Baltimore, Maryland. Her work ethic and talent eventually led her to captain the University of Denver division one lacrosse team.
Beginning her career with STX lacrosse as a brand marketer, Carrie oversaw social channels, instilling a passion for marketing analytics. She went on to work in consulting for Nielsen Sports, utilizing data to drive sponsorship strategy for the likes of the NBA, NFL, Iron Man, PNC Bank, Pringles, Globe Life and many others.
When instituting a data driven strategy to sell sponsorship for JMI Sports in the college sports industry, Carrie was excited by Mark’s idea to consolidate the fractured youth sports market and offer brands one agency to access millions of consumers. She co-founded BASE to make it easy for brands to authentically connect with the most valuable consumer in sports - families.
