Co-Founder & CEO

Mark Dvoroznak

Mark grew up playing baseball in Cleveland, Ohio. His work ethic and talent eventually led him to captain the West Virginia Mountaineers division one baseball team. After WVU, Mark has had an incredible career in the sports industry, driving impact for organizations like Team USA Baseball, the Cleveland Guardians, the Cleveland Browns and Prep Baseball Report.
When supporting the national growth of Prep Baseball Report’s tournament division Mark recognized the time and sacrifice families made to support their children in travel sports. Despite millions of consumers participating in travel sports he saw that there was a gap when it came to brands supporting, activating, and engaging these families. He co-founded BASE Sports Group to close that gap.

Carrie Gamper

Carrie grew up playing lacrosse in Baltimore, Maryland. Her work ethic and talent eventually led her to captain the University of Denver division one lacrosse team. Beginning her career with STX lacrosse as a brand marketer, Carrie oversaw social channels, instilling a passion for marketing analytics. She went on to work in consulting for Nielsen Sports, utilizing data to drive sponsorship strategy for the likes of the NBA, NFL, Iron Man, PNC Bank, Pringles, Globe Life and many others.
When instituting a data driven strategy to sell sponsorship for JMI Sports in the college sports industry, Carrie was excited by Mark’s idea to consolidate the fractured youth sports market and offer brands one agency to access millions of consumers. She co-founded BASE to make it easy for brands to authentically connect with the most valuable consumer in sports - families.
