Offering everything from team tournaments and elite youth sports training to adult fitness, and birthday parties, Coppermine is the largest and most prestigious sports facility and training organization in Maryland. In acquiring multi-use facilities accommodating indoors and outdoors, Coppermine is able to operate at full speed all year long despite the off-season of different sports. Totaling more than 20 different sports programs, Coppermine’s offering includes but is not limited to, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, tennis, pickleball, swimming, gymnastics, football, baseball, yoga, pilates, strength training, and many more.
As one of the largest youth summer camp programs in Maryland, Coppermine has responded to the needs of local families. Busy working parents throughout the Maryland market can benefit from more than 200 impactful camp programs. This includes STEM, adventure, horseback riding, flag football, etc.
Coppermine has acquired and begun developing new facilities. Coppermine acquired a multi-sport facility in Timonium Maryland, the ACAC. In March of 2023, Coppermine added thousands of new community members through the acquisition of another northern Maryland facility in Bel Air. And in Q1 of 2024, Coppermine opened its gates to a multi-sport, tournament facility in Edgewood Maryland. This tournament facility, announced in 2020, is fully booked for the 2024 summer tournament season, expecting to see nearly 400,000 visitors.
Coppermine is all gas, no brakes when it comes to expanding its impact. Two new facilities have already been added to Coppermine in the last 24 months, with another in development. Coppermine foot traffics more consumers annually than the Orioles or the Ravens. Coppermine uniquely connects with and serves more Maryland families than any other sports property.
