Hiring Announcement: New Manager of Customer Success

BASE Sports Group has continued to grow its team with the appointment of Justine Perch as its new Manager of Customer Success. 

Justine joins BASE after having spent the last two years working for Aardvark Mobile Tours, supporting exceptional execution for brands directly engaging consumers through grassroots means. Her responsibilities spanned the planning and execution of national field promotions, managing staffing and compliance for brand activations, and the execution of services within budget and time constraints. During her time with Aardvark she was recognized for her incredible attention to detail and customer service.  


Justine worked with many blue-chip brands in her previous role, including READY Nutrition, Chewy, and Jersey Mike’s Subs. Most notably she enjoyed the experience of working with Jersey Mike’s to build out a fleet of custom vehicles that were used to provide samples of their subs at concerts/festivals and college football tailgates all over the country. 


Justine will be vital to BASE Sports Groups’ developing customer success team. She will oversee the relationship management of event and facility operators, supporting their execution of signed partnerships. Simultaneously Justine will support the fulfillment of signed partnerships to make sure BASE continues to deliver incredible value and experiences to our brand partners.  


Justine currently lives with her fiancé in East Norriton, PA. They live with their cat, Nera and dog, Jasmine. She grew up playing softball and field hockey, and while she continues to play slow-pitch softball, Justine has also taken up golfing. Justine is an alumnus of West Chester University of Pennsylvania and received her masters of Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
